Refund policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at info@uwyta.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Adonis, Keserwane.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We deduct the return shipping costs from the item returned if you decide to return and not because it's faulty

We are only in charge of returns made through our website, for other faults made through other retail websites kindly contact them directly.

Kindly email your order number to info@uwyta.com with the subject “Return Request”. Please take into account that the delivery and validation process for your return can take up to 30 days.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or customized orders. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
